Ecohouse Review

How does Ecohouse match up when carefully reviewed?

When it comes to Ponzi schemes and fraudulent practices of extracting money out of people, a large number of companies, in the corporate world, have resorted to these tactics. It isn’t right but that just is how things are in the world and somehow or the other some businesses do manage to succeed in achieving their end goal while others get caught. It is very easy to do this, especially, where new, believable and lucrative business projects are put before others by “experts” who are actually just using what they know in order to swindle others.

Somehow, the Ecohouse Group has been accused by many people to be involved in such schemes. Supposedly, others say that, the Brazil housing scheme is a fraud and that the company is merely using the scheme to swindle people. It is easy to make such accusations but it is difficult to prove them, especially when the company has no record of ever getting involved in such activity in the past, and is authorized to carry out its project in Brazil. Before you buy the accusations, ask yourself this: why is the Ecohouse group the ONLY group from the UK that has been given permission to go ahead with its housing plan in Brazil?

When it comes to taking a project to another country, a lot of risks are involved and this is truer for people involved in schemes. This is because one is required to provide proof and documentation that they have been involved in a certain field (of real estate, in this case) for a long time and know what they are doing and the Ecohouse Group is a company that has done a good amount of work to prove its capabilities due to which it is the only UK authorized company that has successfully gotten the rights to starting its housing scheme in Brazil.

A mere two years after it was established, the Ecohouse Group was awarded the New Europe Magazine Fast 50 Award and in 2012 it was the runner up for the OPP Awards for Excellence Best Developer in South America. These awards are given by well-known and highly esteemed panelists who are aware of every company’s intentions and contribution where housing schemes and property distribution is concerned. Companies are given these awards on the basis of their progress and success, much of which is apparent where the Ecohouse Group is concerned in South America, the Middle East and Casa Nova (where the housing development has been sold out).

So is Ecohouse a ponzi scheme? Is it a scam?

We can do the research, but only you can decide.
